Pat keeps suprising me with awesome cards from gorgeous places! This card is showing the Ruins of the Franciscan Monastery. It is located in the Colonial City and is the historic central neighborood of Santo Domingo and the oldest permanent settlenent of the New World. It is UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's located on the west bank of the Ozama River and covers less than 5 square kilometres.
