French Southern and Antartic Lands

A new place in my collection! A gorgeous aerial view of the Scattered Islands, a dispersed group of islands around the coast of Madagascar and a part of the French Southern and Antartic Lands (TAAF). TAAF consists of Kerguelen, St. Paul and Amsterdam islands, Crozet islands, Adelie Land and the Scattered Islands.
The territory has no permanent population; the population consists of military personnel, civilian officials, scientific researchers and support staff. Some of the territory's exclusive economic zone is of great importance for fishing.

Dear Jean Pierre, thank you so much!
