Angkor is one of the most important archeological sites in South-East Asia. Stretching over some 400 km2, including forested area, Angkor Archeological Park contains the magnificent remains of the differet capitals of the Khmer Empire, from the 9th to the 15th century. They include the famous Temple of Angkor Wat, at Angkor Thom, the Bayon Temple with its countless sculptural decorations. UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, bilo bi idealno ako budeš mogla poslati Vat Phou and Associated Ancient Settlements within the Champasak Cultural Landscape - to mi je missing Unesco iz Laosa. :D Ako ne uspiješ, onda šalji bilo koju razglednicu za koju misliš da će mi se dopasti, iz Kambodže ili Laosa. Može tako? Znam da sam komplikovan *blushing*
